The Win/Lose System Attitude
Our present system is a win/lose system.
The attitude that someone has to lose, in order or someone else to win, has persisted as long as human's have existed. You may be surprised, that there is another system. A system called win/win, where no one is losing.
Let me ask you a question: "do you enjoy losing"?
I don't think you do, I don't know anyone who likes losing. Which system would you prefer: the win/lose system, where indeed you lose at all times, OR the win/win system, where you win at all times and let everybody else win too?
Who, with a clear mind would choose the win/lose system?
Than why do we still have a win/lose system? If you agree then why not start win/win in your own life situation and reap the reward.
If you set up winning situations, your reward will be to win and to be surrounded with happy winning people.
Before you do anything from now on, always ask yourself :
"How can I make someone else win ?"
Why, in a win/lose system, would you lose at all times?
The dilemma we are facing is a simple misunderstanding of facts. People still choose the win/lose system because they still believe they can win, they still believe, they can live and play with only one piece of the Jigsaw Puzzle.
What we all have to understand is that as long as anyone is still losing, suffering, in poverty etc., we are all losing.
See it as a mathematical equation;
One minus One equals Zero.
In other words, the win cancels out the loss, or visa versa, the losing cancels out the winning and the result will always be Zero.
Only one mayor 2 - piece metaphor left, that of right and wrong.
The "I Am Right And You Are Wrong" Attitude
We live in a plural universe where one by itself can't exist.
Which means that "right" by itself can't exist either.
We need both, right and wrong. If you never picked up the second piece, because you are frightened of doing something wrong, than you are stuck.
You may be right, but once again you are going nowhere. Only by doing something wrong, do we actually learn something new!
There is nothing wrong with being wrong, only if you don't learn from it. Neither is there anything wrong with being right, unless you persist in being right at all times and belief that you own the truth.
In other words, there is no right and wrong, only learning and with that comes progression. If you are stuck in either position, than you have no progression, you have stoped learning. Let me expand on this. If you insist on being right, than obviously you can't learn anything new. By insisting on being right you have to prove everyone and everything else wrong.
Look back in history, everything ever invented was invented because of people doing something wrong for as long as it took to get it right.
We all grew up within a right and wrong system. Doing something wrong usually was associated with pain. So, sooner or later the child learned or got the message of "better be right", even if it didn't believe in it.
We also grew up and were educated that it is a good character streak to "fight" for something which is "right", only to find out later in life that idea's change, yesterdays heros are today's villains.
Facts change as we accumulate more knowledge, for example, the earth is a ball. We thought it was flat before. With these constant changes in the so called "truth" going on at all times, we all to often find out that what we so proudly fought for was wrong after all. Quite a let down!
If we find something truly right, nobody opposing, everybody in total agreement then we have stumbled upon the truth.
This truth is definitely worth fighting for, but of course the funny thing is, we don't have to fight for it. There is no sparring partner, as nobody will attack the truth.
Just think about it, without people, who are taking the risk of being wrong, we still would be living in caves. Nothing new would ever have been invented.
Right Is Everything We, At The Present Time, Have Agreed Upon.
We need to learn that right is changing every minute. What was right yesterday could be wrong tomorrow. Our truth is changing at all times, and “the truth" is something we are still looking for.
