Chapter - 1 -
One piece - One reflection

One piece of a Jigsaw Puzzle

Life is like a Jigsaw Puzzle; it starts with “One”.
One piece is just that; one piece of oneself, one facet, one part of your character, one section of your life, one side of the coin and “one hand clapping”.

One piece is easy to control, but one piece of a puzzle or “One” of anything does not work, it is without life, and it can’t sustain life.

We life in a plural society, a plural universe, we need at least two pieces, as everything comes in twos.
If you look at a simple piece of a Jigsaw Puzzle, it is like looking at one piece of yourself, one piece of your DNA.

A closer look reveals a certain shape, a shape that suggests that something else may fit into it.

We have come to the humble beginnings of life, as we recognise the analogy of male and female in these shapes.

So, now you can determine from just one piece of a puzzle that something else in life is needed.

This will lead us to a whole chapter of what 2 pieces actually mean, and while one by itself does not mean anything, at least we have learnt that to start anything, we actually have to start first, even if we have to start with one piece.

Metaphoric & Oracle meaning:

With a positive, creative attitude; one piece is a starting point, but it quickly can turn negative if that piece stays by itself. The fact is; one by itself is dormant. One has no flexibility and no creativity. The solution is, to quickly find yourself a second piece.

Metaphoric awareness: Look out and around you ....

where in your life has it come to a stagnant situation?

Where do you need a new start?

Whenever something has stopped flowing, look at something else, a second piece to get it going again.

Reflect on one piece, know that there is more, and go for it.

Chapter - 2 -

2 pieces, creating life, creating anything, picking up the second piece.

Life is like two pieces of a Jigsaw Puzzle; you need two to tango.
This is the essence of life; you have to “connect”, even Noah knew this.

Go, and have a look at a second piece now, pick it up, and you just can’t help it, you have to stick them together.

If you don’t, the game stops right there, and so does life.
Obviously, in a 2000 piece Jigsaw Puzzle, you will pick up pieces that can’t be connected, unless you use force, which wouldn’t make sense.
How much better can this metaphor get?
Can you relate this to your life; are you in a 2-piece Jigsaw Puzzle stuck together with the wrong piece attached?

You know, that one day, you have to connect to the matching piece.

And we are not just talking partners here, we are talking, work - interest - creativity - purpose - anything which is not matching up.

Looking at these 2-pieces, signifies to you, that there is another side to yourself, inside of you, which you are connected to.

And furthermore, there must be somewhere another piece outside of you.

There is no need to put qualification on these two pieces; the terms good and bad come not into account in this 2-piece game. At this point, it is just 2 parts, a bit different, but matching up.

Actually, these two pieces play one of the most important part in our life. In fact, these two pieces explain life in a nutshell. These two pieces may as well be the strongest metaphor of the whole game, and they have very important attitudes attached to them. Too many people have not implemented these attitudes into their life, usually because of fear, distrust or regimented, indoctrinated thinking.

We are looking here at two-pieces in a big Jigsaw Puzzle, fitting together.

This is the famous male and female aspect of life.

The plural society we have come to accept is explained here.

Lets start at having a close look at these two “pieces”.

Male and female; plus and minus, negative and positive, right and wrong, heaven and earth, and the name I will give this system; yin and yang.

Yin / Yang, or 2 pieces of a Jigsaw Puzzle

The next paragraphs will deal with attitudes that have a common ground. All deal with “two parts, two pieces”, of opposites, like right or wrong, losing or winning, good or bad, yin and yang, a "Plural Universe".

Plural means we need two (2) of everything.

One by itself does not work, can’t exist!

One of the most important attitudes to understand is, if we always need two, and life certainly does not work with only one side of a principle, than:

“Both Parts Are Equal”,

Which means, there is nothing right or wrong, good or bad, superior or inferior with either of those 2 pieces, or of those two people.

Examples:
Man or woman: one can't be without the other, of equal worth.
Electricity: positive and negative; of equal worth.
Yin and Yang: Which basically stands for everything opposing; like sweet and sour, light and dark, day and night, earth and sky, plants growing upwards and downwards (which actually, if we don't believe in a flat earth, should be outwards and inwards), left and right, etc.

To fully appreciate the significance of yin/yang, the plural principle, we need to look at the term "opposite".

Opposite by itself has no label of right or wrong.

Opposite is neutral, like money, it doesn’t think by itself, it is us who make it good or bad.

Opposites simply state that there are 2 sides of everything, it doesn’t say which side is good or bad. Black and white is opposite, that's it, there is no valuation! Man and woman are opposites, and they decide whether they are against each other or with each other.

Being opposites does in no way mean, that you have to "oppose" each other. It simply means, by the force of nature and its plural function, there have to be opposites, 2 of each.

Why Does Anyone Want To Oppose Anyone?
The only misguided need would be to prove oneself right.

To lift ones self esteem for the cost of trying to prove someone else wrong.
Sounds a bit like politic - sorry got carried away :-)
Being right, looking great, and going nowhere.

What about the ultimate metaphor, two pieces of a Jigsaw Puzzle, representing a marriage?

Do you keep scores, prove each other wrong and make your life as hard as possible?

Or, do you support and tolerate each other, learn from each other, respect each other, and acknowledge each other's thoughts and ideas as valid and constructive, not as destructive?

Which brings us to playing Win / Lose.
